That is the big question right now! I desperately need to get my system back in order after the eating binges (Halloween … Thanksgiving … PLUS every day pick pick picking). And as a new Avon representative I do need to try the products in order to sell them effectively, correct?
You can read more about the product information and/or purchase HERE! In the Search area, type in Ideal Cleanse and you will be directed to the product.
Originally, I was going to wait until the New Year rolls around … but then I got to thinking – why wait? I should do this Cleanse before the next big holiday; Christmas and then New Year’s following right behind. This way I can remind myself that I did just cleanse my body so I need to be ever vigilant by eating the right stuff during the possible binge days.
Sounds good in theory ….. (maybe I should wear post-it notes or set an alarm on my phone) …….. “”You have been Cleansed””
Instructions are included and I read them over a couple times. Three pills in the AM and 3 pills in the PM … drink tons of water. This is only for 3 days so the ideal time would be Friday – Sunday if you work outside the home I am guessing, but we will see how it does. This Cleanse can only be done every 3 months so it’s not like I can do it now and then again after the New Years.
I will let you know how it goes ……. and please, if you would like to try the Espira Ideal Cleanse yourself, jump on over to myNEW Avon store and order some. Let’s be proactive this New Year 2019 and begin with a clean body and outlook on the future!
My nephew sat with me having a beer after a family holiday party – he is in his 30’s and I am mid-50’s – the conversation was fun and light-hearted. We reviewed the happenings of the day and generally caught up with each other’s lives.
Our family is close knit and we have great respect for the “elders” (of which I may or may not fit into that category … depends on who you ask). Anyways, the younger adults will at times ask questions or start conversations trying to gain some wisdom or start a debate. In the past I would blurt out answers and defend my opinions going on and on.
Sure enough, this evening was no different.
The question came ……… And I had to stop and think. Of course, you have heard this question launched a million times to others and you listen to their answers. But tonight I could sense my nephew was asking from his heart and looking for MY answer.
He asked: “Would you change anything if you had to do it all over again?”
After several minutes of serious thought, I looked him in the eye and said, “Yea, I would.
I would have Smiled More!
He raised his eyebrows a bit, shook his head and said .. Yea!
I most definitely am! I wake at 4 am each day (a wake-up time that started when we had 4-5 dogs). They were up and ready to go, so I adjusted! ((That is really crazy … who has that many dogs?!?!?)) We did and I loved each and every one of them along with the chickens and Samuel Davis our one and only cat. These days we have one pet … Augie
Routine is a part of daily life … waking at a certain time, exercising, eating, checking the internet … it all becomes a part of each day. Starting the day off right is crucial to achieving the goals you have set out for yourself. Once all those to do items are checked off the list, you can move ahead and learn, discover and encourage others in their daily life.
I love thinking when I am up at 4 or 5 am in the morning … “most of the world is still asleep” and look what I have accomplished. It really is a good feeling!! The pep talks you give yourself are the most important talks you will need in life. Make sure each morning you tell yourself –
You are the Best … Happy, Healthy and Successful with your Life. These affirmations are solid groundwork for your success in whatever you decide to do.
Mindset … it all boils down to this. Wherever you set your mind to be – is where your life will go.
My Dream Home ……. had one stipulation – it had to have Columns on the front porch!! This beauty does and the previous owners did a beautiful job restoring/remodeling the inside. We will be here 5 years this Spring and will be hosting our daughter’s wedding here! This will be our second wedding – our son was married here 4 years ago, a year after we moved in. ***The Memories***
As we welcomed our first grand child 2 months ago, we realized the driving back and forth to babysit would be a bit much. We decided to move after our daughter’s wedding in the Spring, 2019.
Our home sits on 3+ acres considered country living but only 5 minutes from town. It’s the perfect home … updated and really is rather large for just hubby and I. The whole upper level (I named The Peak) is where I do all my crafting, computing and hanging out on a daily basis. We did add a hoop house for spring/summer gardening and the 2 large gardens I grew fed many folks at the food pantry these past few years.
I think admitting that we really do have to move is the first step for me to “move on” and the initial act of acceptance. The house really is my dream home, but throughout our life priorities change. At this stage, those little grand babies out rule anything! I have also realized at this point in life that God really will set me on the right path … it’s not about me and having a big dream house. It’s more about those little beautiful humans that I am gifted with to show them all that I have learned in this life.
Motivation is the reason for people’s actions, willingness and goals. Motivation is derived from the word motive which is defined as a need that requires satisfaction. These needs could also be wants or desires that are acquired through influence of culture, society, lifestyle, etc. or generally innate. Motivation is one’s direction to behavior, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behavior, a set of force that acts behind the motives. An individual’s motivation may be inspired by others or events (extrinsic motivation) or it may come from within the individual (intrinsic motivation). Motivation has been considered as one of the most important reasons that inspires a person to move forward. Mastering motivation to allow sustained and deliberate practice is central to high levels of achievement e.g. in the worlds of elite sport, medicine or music.

Use what motivates you to build your business. Motivation comes easily if there is a Dream or Goal that excites you.
What do you Love to do?
Me: I love to garden … I love to take outstanding photos … I love to eat healthy.
So think about this —- these things or activities that I love make me happy and put me and my mood in a good place. I can talk for hours (literally) about them and never lose my excitement. I can use these “triggers” or “loves” to grow my business. These topics motivate me.
Here’s how —- Start a blog and get excited about sharing your gardening skills and advice, your excellent photo shoot sessions or just a great picture each day. Or how about some Good recipes that you actually make and eat on a regular basis. Be genuine and focus on sharing these things.
Don’t spend time looking at what others are trying to do to build “their” business. Focus on yours!
Make sure you have or use items from your business and incorporate them into your blog posts.
Be Genuine … Encouraging .. and Have Fun!
