Are you a Morning person?
I most definitely am! I wake at 4 am each day (a wake-up time that started when we had 4-5 dogs). They were up and ready to go, so I adjusted! ((That is really crazy … who has that many dogs?!?!?)) We did and I loved each and every one of them along with the chickens and Samuel Davis our one and only cat. These days we have one pet … Augie
Routine is a part of daily life … waking at a certain time, exercising, eating, checking the internet … it all becomes a part of each day. Starting the day off right is crucial to achieving the goals you have set out for yourself. Once all those to do items are checked off the list, you can move ahead and learn, discover and encourage others in their daily life.
I love thinking when I am up at 4 or 5 am in the morning … “most of the world is still asleep” and look what I have accomplished. It really is a good feeling!! The pep talks you give yourself are the most important talks you will need in life. Make sure each morning you tell yourself –
