Almost, not quite, but almost 20 years ago I was an Avon representative. I did well as a Leader and really enjoyed selling Avon products. Fast forward to now … we moved, we moved again and have decided to move once again. Hmmm, is there a pattern here? We like to move? Not really, but this time will be our last since we are now focused on our children and grandchildren.
Recently, we were blessed with our very first grandchild and Gramma me was asked to babysit a couple days during the week! Of Course I said Yes!!!! So once again I will enjoy the rewards of being with little ones (my daughter already told me to be prepared to watch hers also)! Joining the ranks of “stay-at-home” Gramma will allow me some time to focus on building a business (so I am telling myself) and as I reflected on my past I realized something. I had FUN when I sold Avon and became a Leader. It was exciting, along with a lot of work, and I still remember how to do it! One of the benefits these days is the on-line shopping experience which has changed lives completely.
Avon most certainly has fantastic products and a good reputation. The sunscreen and bug guard are by far two of the products I simply must have. The whole array of Avon products allows each representative the ability to focus on what they love and genuinely market that. I enjoy Nail art and Baking cookies and I do need to up my skincare regimen … and also my wellness program.
Avon has wonderful products and a reputable opportunity to build your own business. So as I am playing with the grand kids, I can teach them all about Avon and who knows … they may become Avon representatives some day! I clearly remember my Mom visiting the neighborhood ladies with her Avon samples at coffee clutches and introducing them to Avon. Do you have fond memories of Avon when you were a child?
